Schedule an Appointment
Book an appointment with a certified Rater by the framing phase of your project. You may choose from our Star Raters or work with a Rater of your choice.

Pay Your Application Fee and Explore Available Incentives
Pay your application fee and the Rater’s service fee directly to your chosen Rater. If eligible, you may receive utility incentives based on your home’s energy features.

Wait for Report Submission
Allow the rater to complete and upload your report. You will receive a notification once the report is uploaded.

Receive Your Certificate and Incentives
Once approved, the HBA will send you a certificate of recognition signed by the Governor, and utility companies will process your incentives based on eligibility.
