Silver Tier HERS ® Score Requirements
To qualify for the Homes Elevated Program, builders must meet a specific HERS® Index Score for each energy efficiency level. A certified rater will verify the score to approve certification.

Builders have the flexibility to choose their approach to meet the required HERS® score.

Toilets: WaterSense labeled or 1.28 gallons/flush.

Urinals: WaterSense labeled or 0.5 gallon per flush, 0.125 gallon per flush (wall mounted)
